Due to the current global concerns regarding COVID-19. SCATUI will be CLOSED to the public until further notice. Our staff will be available by telephone from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday through Friday, to take service requests, trouble reports or to take your payments over the phone.

Payments can also be made online at www.scatui.com, you can also access our website on your mobile phone. Should you be paying by Money Order or Check, we do have a PAYMENT DROP BOX available next to our front entrance and you can also mail in your payments. Due to these changes, SCATUI will not be doing Disconnects for a period of 90 days, however, we do encourage our customers to keep current with their account.
Effective Friday, April 3, 2020, SCATUI will be taking the following additional steps to limit the need for our employees to access customer homes:
1. Service orders for new service installation are suspended. All new installs for telephone or internet will be put on hold until May 27, 2020, at which time it will be re-evaluated, following guidelines of the CDC and local TERC and Tribal ordinates.
2. Trouble tickets will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All major trouble reports will be first priority. All other trouble reports should first use our Tech Support service to assist customers with troubleshooting.
3. Employees will not access customer homes except in cases where it is an absolute need and we have reasonable assurance that it is safe to do so.
This pandemic affects us all, as part of our community efforts, SCATUI management team will continue to monitor the situation and may make additional steps as deemed necessary for the safety of our employees and customers.
